Chef Josh grew up in Traverse City, Michigan. Before attending The Great Lakes Culinary Institute in Traverse City, Michigan, he worked in various food service establishments for over 20 years. In his 20+ years of experience, he has worked with many accomplished chefs in the area, as well as California. His passion for preparing great food comes from his enduring fascination with cultures and traveling. His niche in the culinary game is world cuisine, and thrives to continue learning more about the foods and cultures of the world. He has traveled to Italy, Japan, Cuba, Mexico, Greece, and various cities throughout the continental United States. His travels and curiosity of different cultures has shaped him to be the chef he is today.
